Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights of third parties.
Depicts non-consensual sexual content, explicit harm, harassment, or hate speech.
Intends to deceive, defraud, or impersonate individuals without authorization.
Violates Google Play Developer Program policies or applicable local laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

As between you and Ace Mobile Technologies, you retain ownership of the text prompts and images you supply. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted full rights to download, publish, and commercially utilize videos produced via VideoGen, subject to the inherent limitations of generative AI technology.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain video generation tiers, durations, and higher resolution exports require digital credits or subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play In-App Billing system and are governed by Google Play standard billing terms and policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

VideoGen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI video rendering involves stochastic machine learning models, and we cannot guarantee that outputs will always be artifact-free, error-free, or meet specific aesthetic expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ace Mobile Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
